In India, Hyundai introduced the Tucson, its flagship SUV, with pricing ranging from Rs 27.7 lakh to Rs 34.39 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The long-wheelbase variant of the fourth-generation Tucson is offered in India, while a shorter version is sold internationally. ADAS, a category first, is one of its standout features, but it is only available on the Signature trim level.

The fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson is powered by gasoline and diesel 2.0-liter engines. The former, which is connected with a six-speed automatic unit, generates 154 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque, while the latter, which transmits power to the wheels via an eight-speed automatic unit, is calibrated to generate 184 horsepower and 416 pound-feet of torque. A 4WD system will be exclusive to the highest trim level diesel SUV.

On the exterior, the new Hyundai Tucson features a dark chrome front grille, integrated LED DRLs, LED headlamps mounted in a triangular cluster on either side of the new bumper, contrast-colored skid plates, new 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, roof rails, an integrated spoiler that conceals the rear windshield, a toothy design for the LED tail lights, a rear Hyundai logo on the rear windshield, and an LED light bar running the length of the trunk lid.

Fourth-generation Hyundai Tucson interiors include a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, BlueLink connectivity, ventilated and heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, cruise control, dual-zone climate control, ADAS, a 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster, drive modes, multi-terrain modes, electrically adjustable front seats with height adjustment, and a power tailgate.
